2. What are the different user options for FuelerPlus?
FuelerPlus is designed for use throughout your organization, with both PC/laptop and mobile applications. In the office, your project managers, equipment managers, and payroll or accounting professionals can use FuelerPlus Manager software downloaded onto their PCs to approve time cards and track fuel consumption and costs, use actual cost and production data to influence future bids, and to reconcile budgets and pay employees.
FuelerPlus Mobile is typically used by fuelers to enter time card and fuel dispensing information via smartphone and send that data directly to the Manager system in the office.
3. How do I host FuelerPlus?
Your company can host FuelerPlus licenses and data on your own server or cloud, allowing for multiple users to be in the system and have access to the same data at the same time (or separately). Or let the HCSS Cloud host your licenses and data on our own highly secure servers. All you have to do to access your software is connect to FuelerPlus through an internet connection on any device.
Our Enterprise version allows large companies with multiple divisions to share software licenses while maintaining completely different data sets.

FuelerPlus interfaces with Equipment360, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and HCSS Dispatcher, as well as the programs you use to run your business. HCSS also has created direct interfaces with more than 45 accounting systems, including those used by construction companies of all sizes.
